Ingredients

2 1/2 cups rice brown, cooked
3 each scallions, spring or green onions or scallions, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%) or hoop cheese
1 teaspoon dill weed dried
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/2 cup milk, low-fat

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Pour into a lightly oiled casserole.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
