| 3 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | or scallions, chopped |
| 1 | cup | cottage cheese (low-fat 1%) | or hoop cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | dill weed | dried |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, low-fat |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour into a lightly oiled casserole.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
