| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 2 1/2 | pounds | chicken pieces | |
| 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2/3 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley flakes | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano |
Heat 1/2 to 1 inch oil in large heavy skillet.
Beat together eggs, milk and hot sauce.
Dip chicken pieces in mixture and cover well.
Mix flour, cheese, parsley, salt and oregano together in paper bag.
Shake chicken pieces in bag until thoroughly coated.
Place in hot oil and cook 20-25 minutes.
Drain on absorbent paper.

When most people think of Kiwifruit, they start to dream about a tropical paradise. A place where the palm trees sway, the beach boys play and sunscreen is a necessity....
Easy to make, the waiting was worst part(3 hr. chill time). It was very "Potent" as it said even after we cut the rum in half like it said. We loved it though and will reduce the rum even more this time! it was thick, creamy and went down so smooth. We doubled the batch and it was gone way to fast for only two people. So, may I suggest a triple or quad batch since the 3 hour wait to chill it seemed so long!!!
