| 1 | stick | butter | melted |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese, very old, sharp | grated |
| 1 | cup | crisp rice cereal | |
| 1 | dash | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) |
Mix all ingredients well.
Mold in small balls (dime size).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
Watch carefully as they brown quickly.
Will keep indefinitely if put in a tin.
