| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | |
| 1 | pk | beef, dried aka beef erky | |
| 1 | teaspoon | caraway seeds | caraway seed, (optional) |

Shred the chipped beef, then stir it into the cheese. Form into a ball and chill preferably overnight. No need to remove cheese ball from the refrigerator early because it spreads easily right from the start.
this is very easy to make and the softness is easy for small childern to help themselves best if left in frig overnight
