| 1 | teaspoon | rosemary leaves | minced |

| 1 | teaspoon | maple syrup | |
| 1 | teaspoon | sesame oil | optional |
Rinse mushrooms.
Remove and discard stems.
Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.
Serve hot.
