Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
3 cups flour, all-purpose
4 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup water warm

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the pan in the order listed and select white bread; push start.

Remove from the breadmaker after the manual mode stops, (first rise); and then braid* and rise again; then put an egg wash over the challa.

Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until a light toasty brown.

May sprinkle on some seeds (sesame or poppy) after the egg wash.

Chili Macaroni

This is by far the best chili mac recipe I have tried in a long time. I made some minor substitutions: 1-10oz can of Rotel/w chiles, made up the balance with 4oz of flat beer, 1 finely diced clove of garlic for the ingredients. Turned out Great! Thanks. 52jimh
