Whipped cream cheese and sour cream folded with caviar, fresh dill, grated onion, and a squeeze of lemon. A 15-minute no-cook appetizer dip that turns any gathering into something special.

Whipped cream cheese blended with sour cream creates a tangy, velvety base, then fresh dill, grated onion, lemon juice, and cracked pepper fold in before the caviar goes gently on top.
The whole thing takes 15 minutes and makes about a cup of dip that looks and tastes like you hired a caterer.
Keep it chilled until guests arrive and set it out with crackers, blini, or crostini.
Kitchen Tips
- Bring the cream cheese fully to room temperature before mixing so it whips smooth without lumps
- Fold the caviar in last and very gently; you want those little pearls to pop in each bite, not dissolve into the base
- Fresh dill makes a noticeable difference here; dried will work in a pinch but use about a third of the amount

Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with sour cream.
Gently fold in lemon juice, onion, dill and pepper until well blended.
Fold in caviar carefully.
Refrigerate until needed.
