Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower florets
1x nonstick nonstick cooking spray
8 ounces sour cream, non-fat
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
2 ounces feta cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill weed (dippity dill)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or till tender.

Drain.

Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl.

Stir well.

Pour over cauliflower.

Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower.

Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Homemade Kahlua No. 2

This is a a good recipe and very close to my own, however after using white sugar for quite a while I tried it with light brown sugar and found that the flavor was almost identical to the REAL KAHLUA.
