| 4 | each | celery stalks | |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | |
| 1 | each | sweet red bell pepper | |
| 10 | large | mushrooms | |
| 1 1/3 | tablespoons | oregano | |
| 1 | tablespoon | thyme | |
| 2/3 | tablespoon | white pepper | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cilantro | dried |
| 4 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | dried |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 2 | each | bay leaves |
Brown meat.
Simmer with the stockpot cover OFF for 6 or more hours.
Of course, you can use sooner. I like it to cook down and thicken.
Either way it is very good.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer.

The terms pasta, macaroni and noodles are often used interchangeably. But they are not...
I think Id lost my mind if I didnt have this recipe! hehe! This is the most outstanding mocha coffee mix that I have ever had! Im in Arizona and you can use it after you make it in cup of hot water and use it for ICE COFFEE in Summertime!!! excellent stuff!
