| 1 | teaspoon | apple cider vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | each | egg | beaten |
| 8 | ounces | pineapple | crushed |
| 8 | ounces | whipped topping, prepared | |
| 6 | cups | apples | diced |
| 1 | bag | peanuts | crushed |
Drain and save pineapple juice.
Cook apple cider vinegar, egg, flour, sugar and pineapple juice on medium heat for 5 minutes to custard consistency, stirring constantly.
Let cool. Mix apples and pineapple first, then add custard mixture and whipped topping.
Refrigerate. Add nuts before serving.
