| 4 | pounds | caribou | |
| 1 | pound | bacon | ground |
| 1 | tablespoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | allspice | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | coriander | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | mustard seed | |
| 6 | cloves | garlic | minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | black pepper | |
| 1 | cup | water | cold |
Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly and stuff into hog casings.
Then once it forms sausages, fry until cooked.
Serve.
