Ingredients

2 tablespoons onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup margarine, non-fat
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup lime juice fresh
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 each chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless

Directions

In a small saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.

Stir in vinegar, lime juice, sugar, curry powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or glass 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish; cover with sauce.

Cover or close bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Drain, discarding marinade.

Grill chicken, uncovered, over medium coals, turning once, for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.

OK soup. Would recommend some toasted ground cumin to give it a bit of depth, perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon or so.
