Capsicum Toast

This open faced toasted capsicum sandwich is delicious as a quick snack or midnight feast. Also good as a healthy lunch for the kids. The secret ingredient is semolina!

Directions

  1. Cut capsicum, tomato, onion into very small pieces.

2 Now mix well all the above ingredients in a bowl. Add semolina, chilli, salt, red pepper and mix again. Take a slice of bread and spread this mixture over it.

3 Take othe slice of bread and follow the same procedure.

4 Now spread some butter on the pan and place this sandwhich on it untill the bread turns brown or becomes cripsy.

Note

Gas should be sim and both the sides will be turn brown.
