Four ingredients. Twenty minutes. Six gorgeous layered desserts sitting pretty in your best glasses.

This cappuccino parfait is the kind of recipe you pull out when you want something that looks like you tried really hard but barely lifted a finger.

Instant coffee gets stirred into whipped topping for that subtle coffee kick, then layered with chocolate pudding for a light, creamy treat that works after any meal.

Using sugar-free pudding and lowfat milk keeps this on the lighter side without sacrificing any of that mocha flavor.

Pro Tips

  • Dissolve the instant coffee in just a tiny bit of warm water before folding it into the whipped topping. This prevents grainy bits from ruining your smooth layers.
  • Use clear glasses or parfait cups so those pretty layers actually show off.
  • For a grown-up twist, add a splash of coffee liqueur to the whipped topping.
