1 hrsThis is what happens when a chocolate chip cookie and a pizza have a beautiful, reckless moment together.
A buttery cookie dough gets pressed into a 14-inch pizza pan and baked golden. While it’s still hot, you blanket the whole thing in chocolate morsels and spoonfuls of peanut butter that melt into a glossy, nutty layer.
Then comes the fun part: load it up with sliced strawberries, bananas, chopped candy bars, or whatever sweet toppings you’ve got on hand.
Cut it into wedges and serve warm. It’s messy, it’s over the top, and nobody will complain.
Chef Tips
- Spread the batter thin and even in the pan. Thick spots stay doughy while edges overbake.
- Sprinkle the chocolate morsels the second the cookie comes out of the oven, then wait a full 5 minutes before spreading. Rushing it makes a streaky mess.
- Serve within 30 minutes of assembling. The fresh fruit releases juice and the cookie crust softens if it sits too long.
