| 1 1/4 | cups | beer | warmed |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 3 | cups | bread flour | |
| 2 | teaspoons | yeast, active dry | |
| Filling | |||
| 4 | each | roma tomatoes | chopped |
| 3 | cloves | garlic | minced |
| 1 | x | basil | fresh, chopped |
| 1 | each | chicken breast | cooked and chopped |
| 1 | x | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | crumbled |
| 1 | x | feta cheese | crumbled |
Choose your favorite method for making dough.
While you're waiting, combine the tomatoes, garlic, and basil, and set aside.
Divide the dough into two balls, and roll one into a circle approximately 12 inches in diameter.
Layer half of the circle with parmesan cheese, chicken, tomato mixture, and a liberal dose of crumbled feta.
Fold crust over and seal the edges.
Repeat with other half of dough.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
When done, brush the crusts with melted butter, and enjoy.

General:Paprika is a spice which comes from a mild red pepper in the family Capsicum annum. It is a brilliant red powder and often used as a garnish....
This was an interesting mix of flavors, but it lacked pizzazz. It also took 2 hours to fully cook. Nice presentation but we thought a whole bird was too much for one person.
