This is very good. I was in a rush and baked it in the oven one hour at 350 degrees, and it came out great. Recommended.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, lean browned
3/4 cup cornmeal yellow
1 1/2 cups milk
1 each egg beaten
1 package chili seasoning mix
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 pound tomatoes, canned cut up
1 pound corn, canned, no salt kernel, drained
2 1/4 ounces olives sliced, ripe, drained
1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Directions

Stir together corn meal, milk and egg.

Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.

Pour into crockpot, cover, cook on high 3 to 4 hours.

Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and cook another 5 minutes.

My family really loves this recipe. I almost never have leftovers, and when I do there is a race to see who gets to them first.

This Stuffing is great! You also can add other things to it to make it taste real good like celery,red onions chop fine, and also add some Mild sausage would be great with this and add little salt and pepper and bake for 1/2 to 45 min. at 325 I dont use milk to this. I add beef stock instead
