Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup onion finely chopped
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 x bay leaves
1 pound ground beef, lean
1 cup carrots chopped
1 x jalapeno pepper sliced with seeds if you wanted spicy
2 x beef bouillon cube
5 cups green cabbage Finely chopped
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil and sautee onion, garlic and bay leaves. Brown beef well. Add the rest of the ingredients in the listed order. Bring to boil and turn down to low. Press cabbage down once it starts to wilt. Stir after 15 minutes. Cook for 30 minutes, total. Good luck!!
