| 32 | ounces | tomatoes, canned with juice | whole peeled |
| 1 | large | cabbage | chopped |
| 1 | ounce | onion soup mix | |
| 15 | ounces | green beans, canned | cut, drained |
| 2 | quarts | tomato juice | |
| 2 | each | green bell peppers | diced |
| 10 | stalks | celery | chopped |
| 14 | ounces | vegetarian chicken broth, non-fat, low-sodium |
Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery in a large pot.
Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, broth, and enough water to cover vegetables.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Serve.

General:Bay Leaves come from the sweet bay or laurel tree, known botanically as Laurus nobilis. The elliptical leaves of both trees are green, glossy, and grow up to 3 inches long....
Nice and easy and the pork chops were exceptionally moist. Will certainly use again!!
