| 2 | cups | green cabbage | shredded |
| 2 | cups | red cabbage | shredded |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise, light | |
| 1/4 | cup | sour cream, non-fat | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | celery seeds | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | kosher salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | large | apple | unpeeled Fuji, cored, quartered, and thinly sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | finely chopped fresh flat-leaf, optional |
In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbages; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
Add the apple slices. Pour over the cabbage and toss gently until coated.
Cover and chill 1 hour or longer.
To serve, spoon into salad bowls and sprinkle with the parsley (if desired).

Not that I need an excuse to be naughty or indulgent, but with Halloween right around the corner I thought some wicked recipes...
If you love sweet and sour, and you are trying to eat healthy now, try this sweet and sour tofu, they are delicious, I made them at noon, and I used a fresh pineapple, last step I cooked all the ingredients about 5 minutes, they are excellent taste. Nice.
