Ingredients

1 can soup, cream of mushroom 10 3/4 oz or celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 dash black pepper
1/2 cup onions thinly sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese old or sharp
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 dash paprika

Directions

Blend soup, milk, and pepper. In 1 1/2-qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.

Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until done. Makes about 4 cups.

This is exactly the recipe I've been searching for! I tried this months ago and my husband LOVED the potatoes. I am so glad I found this website! This recipe is simple to prepare and comes out of the oven very tasty & pleasing.

Applesauce Banana Bread

VERY delicious! My children devoured it, and couldn't tell a difference between this and more fattening versions. I added 2 Tbl flax meal for more nutrition, and put in 3/4 c. applesauce since I only had 3 bananas, and it turned out wonderful! I will be making this again soon!
