Ingredients

1 1/3 cups buttermilk or 1 3/8 cup water and 5 tb buttermilk powder
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon bread flour
3 teaspoons gluten flour
1 cup rye flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 teaspoons yeast, active dry

Directions

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
