Ingredients

2 2/3 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs large
4 each chocolate bars butterfinger candy bars, large

Directions

Cream together shortening and sugar; beat in eggs.

Sift together flour, soda and salt, stir in candy pieces.

Combine creamed mixture with flour mixture.

Shape dough into rolls.

Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

Cut into thin slices and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees till brown around the edges (8-10 minutes).
