| 1/2 | pound | ground beef, lean | |
| 2 1/2 | each | crackers | crushed |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion | finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | celery | finely chopped |
| 1 | each | egg | half of, (or yolk only) |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 3 | each | mushrooms | sliced |
| 1 | x | pepperoni slices | |
| 1/2 | medium | tomato | sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | green bell pepper | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | freshly ground |
| 1/2 | cup | mozzarella cheese | shredded |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and mix well.
Use a tinfoil pieplate, pat beef mixture into a patty.
Scatter mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over.
Sprinkle with pepper and top with cheeses.
Bake at 350 degrees F 20-25 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
