Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef, lean
2 1/2 each crackers crushed
2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons celery finely chopped
1 each egg half of, (or yolk only)
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 each mushrooms sliced
1 x pepperoni slices
1/2 medium tomato sliced
2 tablespoons green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 tablespoon parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated

Directions

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and mix well.

Use a tinfoil pieplate, pat beef mixture into a patty.

Scatter mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over.

Sprinkle with pepper and top with cheeses.

Bake at 350 degrees F 20-25 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
