| 1/2 | teaspoon | olive oil | |
| 1/2 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 1 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | packed |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 2 | tablespoon | white vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 8 | ozs | sauerkraut | canned, drained |
| 2 | cups | turkey | skinless, cooked and cubed |
| 8 | whole | hamburger buns |
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, water, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, and paprika.
Bring to a boil. Add sauerkraut.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes. Add turkey. Simmer, uncovered, until turkey is heated through and sauce has thickened.
