Ingredients

1/2teaspoon olive oil
1/2cup onions chopped
1cup ketchup
1/3cup brown sugar packed
1/4cup water
2tablespoon white vinegar
1tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1teaspoon dry mustard
1teaspoon paprika
1teaspoon chili powder
8ozs sauerkraut canned, drained
2cups turkey skinless, cooked and cubed
8whole hamburger buns

Directions

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until tender.

Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, water, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, and paprika.

Bring to a boil. Add sauerkraut.

Cover and reduce heat.

Simmer 10 minutes. Add turkey. Simmer, uncovered, until turkey is heated through and sauce has thickened.
