| 2 | each | egg | |
| 1 | package | chocolate | |
| 1/2 | cup | applesauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cocoa powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 2 | packages | sugar substitute |
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Spray 2 mini-loaf pans with Pam and pour in batter.
Bake at 350 for 18 min.
Don't over bake. Should be chewy.
