1½ hrsIf you need a kid-friendly treat for a bake sale, class party, or just a Wednesday, these brownie kiss cups are your answer.

Boxed brownie mix gets portioned into mini foil-lined muffin cups, baked until just set, then topped with a single chocolate kiss that softens into the warm brownie as it sits.
The whole batch makes 25, and the hands-on time is about 15 minutes.
They’re the kind of treat that looks like you tried way harder than you actually did.
Pro Tips
- Use foil liners, not paper. The brownie batter sticks to paper liners and tears apart when you try to peel them.
- Fill each liner with exactly 2 measuring tablespoons for even baking across the batch.
- Press the chocolate kiss into the brownie right when it comes out of the oven, then return to the oven for just one minute. This softens the base of the kiss so it bonds to the brownie without fully melting.

I used a silicone mini-muffin pan and it worked out beautifully. Once the brownies were completely cooled was able to pop them out. I filled the cups to the brim and it overflowed which created a nice chewy muffin cup. Instead of brownie mix I used the Firecraker brownie recipe from this site (omitting nuts). Thrilled with the results the kids are going to love them.
