A quick microwave brownie made with Alba chocolate mix and artificial sweetener for a low-calorie chocolate fix. Mix, microwave for 7 minutes, and you’re done. Just 6 simple ingredients.

When the chocolate craving hits and you need something now, this microwave brownie delivers in under 10 minutes.

It’s built on Alba chocolate mix and a touch of artificial sweetener, so you get that rich chocolate flavor without the sugar load.

A splash of boiling water (or coffee, if you want to amp up the chocolate intensity) brings it all together with flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
