1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1 teaspoon allspice
1 dash salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup raisins, seedless
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
