| 4 | ounces | noodles | medium |
| 2 1/2 | cups | chicken | chopped, cooked |
| 1/2 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 10 | ounces | broccoli florets | |
| 10 | ounces | soup, cream of mushroom | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | skim, at room temperature |
| 1/2 | cup | swiss cheese | shredded |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | |
| 2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Prepare the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish lightly with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, chicken, onions, and broccoli.
In another mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
Stir in noodle mixture.
Pour entire mixture into prepared dish.
Bake,covered for 40 minutes.

Have been looking for this recipe for years....this just may be the BEST mac & cheese dish around. Am going to try it right now!
