Ingredients

1 small broccoli florets bunch
1 small cauliflower florets head
1 large onion
10 each bacon slices cooked crispy
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Slice broccoli and cauliflower very thin. Chop onion. Mix dressing and add to vegetables. Crumble bacon on top is desired. Cover and store in refrigerator up to several days.

This recipe is great! I have just made the salad half an hour ago and I cannot stop taking little spoonfulls of it! To the recipe as described I have just added a little fresh garlic (two mid-size cloves). I am going to serve it on top of Greek style flat pita bread.
