Ingredients

2 whole bananas frozen
1 cup milk, low-fat
1/2 cup yogurt, plain low-fat or non-fat
1//4 cup wheat germ
1 large egg
1 teaspoon granulated sugar replacement
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Directions

Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed.

Garnish with nutmeg.

Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Very soft, very chewy. Easy to make. Good flavor. It is heavy on the cinnamon. Might want to knock it back a 1/2 teaspoon if not real big on cinnamon.
