3/4 cup yogurt low-fat, plain
1/4 cup milk, low-fat
1 cup fruit fresh, cut up
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 each ice cubes

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and frothy.
