Ingredients

10 ounces ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon sage dried
1/2 teaspoon thyme dried
1/4 teaspoon rosemary leaves crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients Shape into 8 equal 1/4" thick patties.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.

Add the patties; cook 10 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides.
