| 1/4 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil |
Mix all ingredients well.
Chill overnight.
Fry slowly in a little oil until brown on both sides.

It makes much more than 2 servings. I made 6 large muffins and they are yummy! I used one for a breakfast in a hurry.
