| 2 | cups | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | do not pack |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 1/2 | cup | apricots | or peach preserves |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
| 1 | package | breakfast sausage | links, (8 ounces), cut in sliced |
Make a well in the Mix.
Add milk and stir with a fork about 25 strokes.
Turn onto a sheet of waxed paper. Knead well 6 times.
Roll out on lightly floured pastry cloth or board to a 14-inch circle.
Place on pizza pan or cooky sheet.
Spread preserves mixed with lemon juice in a thin layer over the dough.
Sprinkle sausage over the top.
Bake in a 450 F. oven 15 to 18 minutes.

Last night, I made these brownies according to this recipe, I think the only problem is I should put 3/4 batter at the bottom, another 1/4 batter on top, in this way the brownies should be looked nicer, but they are really delicious and moisure.
