| 1 | cup | rice, brown | long grain |
| 1 | cup | apple juice | unsweetened |
| 1 | cup | water | |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
Combine all fo the ingredients in a sacuepan.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 mintues.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.
Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
