Ingredients

4 each apples peeled, cored, sliced
27 ounces sauerkraut drained, snipped
1 pound bratwurst halved crosswise
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 cup water

Directions

In a crockery cooker, stir together first five ingredients.

Stir in water.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 - 4 hours.
