| 1 | cup | all-bran cereal | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | cup | apples | baked |
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 3 1/2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar |
Mix bran, milk, apples, oil and egg.
Mix in another bowl the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, mix gently just enough to humidify.
Bake 375 degrees F., 15-20 minutes.

We all know the Christmas morning routine. The parents get as much sleep as they can because they’re parents while the kids are up bright and early at about 6 a.m....
Good substitute for baked potatoes!! I even used frozen cubed potatoes to make it easier.
