| 2 | cups | buttermilk | * |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | cornmeal | |
| 3/4 | cup | molasses | |
| 1 | cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 | cup | raisins, seedless |
* or 2 C milk and 1 T lemon juice Beat all ingredients in large mixing bowl for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour into greased angel food pan. (I use a Bundt pan.)
Bake in 325 F oven for 1 hour.

I think this is really a nice recipe for blueberries, we reduced the sugar, useing about half of the amount, the bars turned out a little bit soft, but still very good, my husband loves these whole wheat blueberries very much, and gave us extra fibre.
