| 1 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | jar | cherry pie filling | or blueberry, apple, peach etc |
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, except Jar of Pie filling and mix until it becomes gummy.
Grease a cake pan, and place half of the batter on bottom, spread around and then add the Jar of fruit pie filling and spread remaining batter on top.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top of batter.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour.
Note: For a 13x9 inch baking dish double this recipe.
