Ingredients

1 each bok choy medium head, diced
1 each scallions, spring or green onions bunch, chopped
1 each ramen noodles 3 oz package
1/2 cup almonds blanched, slivered
2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
1/3 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

Combine cabbage and green onions; cover and chill. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and ramen noodle seasoning packet. Refrigerate until chilled. Break ramen noodles into small pieces; combine with toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Before serving, combine the cabbage mixture and noodle mixture; add dressing and toss to coat.

Classic Pumpkin Pie

I think this one is the best pumpkin pie I have cooked till now, incredible flavour, I use too eggs, 1 teaspoons powdered sugar, I love this recipe so much, will do it on Christmas, of course!
