Ingredients

1/3 cup sour cream, light
1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound bok choy very thinly sliced, trimmed, 6 cups
1 large apples, granny smith julienned or shredded
1 large carrot julienned or shredded
1/2 cup red onion slivered

Directions

Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar (or honey), celery salt and salt in a large bowl until smooth.

Add bok choy, apple, carrot and onion; toss to coat.

haven't tried this recipe yet - sounds good - BUT - why not tell us the oven temperature? A hot oven (to me) just means the oven is ON.
