| 8 | medium | onion, yellow | peeled |
| 1 | medium | cabbage | cut in wedges |
| 1 | x | parsley leaves | chopped |
| Mustard sauce | |||
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | butter | melted |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar, light | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | granulated |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/4 | cup | prepared mustard | |
| 3/8 | cups | cider vinegar | |
Mix all ingredients.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring.
Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes.
Serve hot with corned beef.
Also good with ham.
