| 1 | cup | olives | ripe* |
| 1 | each | avocado | , |
| 1 | cup | alfalfa sprouts | |
| 4 | slices | bacon | cooked, crumbled |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream |
Sprinkle cheese and olives over Bobolis.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Top with avocado and sprouts. Garnish with sour cream and bacon.
