| 12 | ounces | blueberries | fresh,rinsed and drained |
| 1/3 | cup | ricotta cheese | skim milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 | x | banana | medium,peeled and sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | yogurt, low-fat | vanilla |
1 In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries. Process or blend until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
2 Place blueberries in a large bowl, or divide among 4 serving bowls.
3 Pour banana cream sauce over blueberries and serve.
