Ingredients

12 ounces blueberries fresh,rinsed and drained
1/3 cup ricotta cheese skim milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 x banana medium,peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons yogurt, low-fat vanilla

Directions

1 In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries. Process or blend until very smooth, about 2 minutes.

2 Place blueberries in a large bowl, or divide among 4 serving bowls.

3 Pour banana cream sauce over blueberries and serve.
