| 1 | package | yeast, active dry | |
| 3 | cups | bread flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | soft |
| 6 | ounces | v8 juice | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vodka | |
| 1 | tablespoon | water | |
| 1 | each | egg |
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the pan, select white bread, and push "Start".
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans.
Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour.
Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.

I made just the chicken nuggets, but they were very very good! The marinade made a big difference. I also made honey mustard dipping sauce to go along with them. You can easily double (or triple!) the recipe for a party. Thanks for the recipe!
