Ingredients

1 each banana peach, or, nectarine, peeled, cut up.
1/2 cup milk or, 1/2 c lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey sugar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon bran

Directions

Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.

Whirl until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
