Ingredients

1 each banana ripe
1 each peach
1 each nectarine
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon honey sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon bran

Directions

Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.

Whirl until smooth.

Pour into tall glass.
